NUTRITION
plays a pivotal role in achieving and maintaining metabolic balance. Once we have your personalized nutrition plan, formed from your blood values and personal likes and dislikes, I will coach you step by step, learning about your specific plan. Giving you the tools you need to understand why these foods have been chosen especially for you. Going through this process is my favourite part and I can’t wait to start with you.
EXERCISE
is a complementing component to nutrition and so important for our overall health. We will begin slow and steady, especially within the first 2 phases of the program, giving your body a chance to adapt to the new changes and working from there. When the energy kicks in and clients can’t wait to get their bodies moving is one of the amazing benefits of this program.
SLEEP
in general is often overlooked. I have many clients that often complain of sleep issues but don’t always realize how it impacts our overall health. Eating the right foods for your body will help you have more restorative sleep, so you feel more energized.
STRESS
Dealing with stress can have profound effects on our bodies, impacting hormone levels, metabolism, and overall well-being. Working together, you’ll see when you begin to repair one pillar, the others happily follow along. By having a clearer mind, having more energy and knowing that you’ve been fuelling your body with the proper nutrients, stressful situations become more manageable.
